Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Flipbook Maker at https://flipbookmaker.online. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
The service
Flipbook Maker turns PDFs, images and Word documents into page-turning flipbooks that you can publish at a link and share. The basic service is free. We may add, change or remove features, and we may introduce paid plans in future — we'll never charge you without asking first.
Your account
You need an account to publish. Give us a real email address, keep your password safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account; don't create accounts automatically.
Your content
You own what you upload. By publishing a flipbook you give us permission to store it, show it to anyone with the link, and make the copies needed to run the service (for example page images and previews). That permission ends when you delete the flipbook, apart from short-lived backups.
You promise that you have the right to publish everything you upload, and that it doesn't:
- infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
- contain illegal content, malware, or anything that exploits children;
- harass, threaten or defame anyone, or promote violence or hatred;
- try to trick people (phishing, scams or fake documents);
- share someone else's private information without permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
Copyright complaints
If you believe a flipbook on Flipbook Maker infringes your copyright, email support@flipbookmaker.online with the link, the work you own, and your contact details. We'll review it and remove infringing content promptly.
Fair use of the service
Don't overload, scrape, attack or try to break the service, and don't use it to host files for other websites. We may set reasonable limits on file size, number of flipbooks and storage to keep the service free and fast for everyone.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running and your files safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Flipbook Maker is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it (which, on the free plan, is zero). Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
Ending
You can stop using the service and delete your flipbooks at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can download your work.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and announce important changes on the site. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
