Wanderlust: travel magazine flipbook example

Wanderlust is a made-up travel magazine we designed to show how a print-style magazine reads as a flipbook. Its 8 portrait pages include a cover, a contents page with an editor's letter, a two-page feature on walking Italy's Ligurian coast, a photo essay from Iceland, a "Lisbon in 48 hours" city guide, an interview and a full-page back-cover ad.

Full-bleed photos and spreads work well here: on a laptop or a phone held sideways the reader shows two pages side by side, and on a phone held upright it shows one page at a time. Readers can zoom in to read the smaller body text.

To make one like it, export your magazine as a PDF, upload it, and publish it at your own link.
